SALON RECEPTIONIST 

We're hiring at Beauty Allure Salon!! 

This is a part-time Salon Receptionist Role. Experience is not required as full training will be provided for the successful candidate.  

A Salon Receptionists’ duties will include: 

• Responding to client communications
  
• Responding to team communications
• Answering and transferring client calls/ ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time 
• Recording and maintaining office expenses 
• Coordinating internal and external events 
• Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, products etc
• Overseeing office services such as maintenance service providers 
• Ensure that Hygiene and Quality policies are always adhered to 
• Compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures always 
• Operations and Administrative tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £8.70 per hour 

Working Schedule: 10 - 20 hours per week, weekdays & weekend availability flexible (Wed to Sunday)
