• You have the option to choose a conversational or silent appointment, to enjoy your service as you wish. Just let us know in the notes. If you choose a silent appointment, please bring earphones in with you.

• Please come with freshly washed, clean hair. If you would like this service in salon please book on the day for £25 (hair must already out as take-down is not included)
