  • How can I book an appointment?

    To book an appointment, please go to our website https://beautyalluresalon.co.uk/ , at the top left hand side, you will see three lines, click on this and it will open up a selection of our services, where you can then click into and book an appointment. Please see attached photo. 

  • What should I do if there's no availability on the booking platform?

    If there's no availability on the booking platform, this usually means that the service is fully booked for the timeframes you are searching.

    You can however, message our business WhatsApp on 07878 965623 and the team will respond to you, incase of any cancellations, meaning that space has become available but is yet to reflect on the booking platform. You can then book this before it goes live on the system and gets booked.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We accept walk-ins for the services below only, this is based on availability when you arrive in salon, as it is not guaranteed, bookings take priority:

  • Do you offer consultations before booking a service?

    Yes, you can have a free consultation for most of our services by coming into the salon, there will be reception with knowledge to advise and answer questions.

    However, for some services, a consultation comes with a fee, due to the nature, depth, detail and time taken for the consultation, these are listed below:

  • Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?

    We do not take deposits for our bookings, please see our payment policy below:

  • How long will my appointment take?

    This will depend on the service you have booked. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment through email when you book with us, this will tell you in the details how long your appointment will take.

    If you have not received this, please check your Junkmail. If still not there, then please message our team on WhatsApp 07878 965623 and we will send you another confirmation email or confirm through WhatsApp.

  • Can I book multiple styles in one appointment (e.g. cornrows & a wig installation)

    Yes, you can! We have various add on options in each service page to book what you require.
